Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items such as food. Additionally, gift cards and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@azaleapro.au.

Shipping: To return your product, email info@azaleapro.au. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (Faulty or Unsatisfactory Purchase): If your purchase from Azaleapro is found to be faulty, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please follow the return instructions above for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method or bank transfer.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order by informing us via email (info@azaleapro.au) within seven days of receiving delivery. Returned goods must be sent to us at your expense, in unused and unopened condition. We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is earlier. Returned goods should be accompanied by a note with your name, order date, and invoice number, and should be sent to our Customer Service Representatives at the provided address.
